Rates are “Per Foot Per Day” based on the overall length with a minimum footage of 32ft

Multi-hull, T Head & along side berthing is charged at 150% of regular rate.

Daily - Less than seven consecutive nights

Weekly - Seven or more consecutive nights to be paid weekly in advance

Monthly - Thirty or more consecutive nights to be paid monthly in advance

Seasonal - Three consecutive months or more to be paid monthly in advance

Annual - Twelve consecutive months to be paid monthly in advance

Vessels requiring more than one slip due to beam will be charged 1.1/2 the above-stated rates.
T-Heads and along side will be charged at 1.1/2 of the above-stated rates base on The greater of the length-overall or the length of the T-head.

All reservations require a credit card deposit to guarantee slip availability.
Daily, weekly, monthly dockage is non-refundable if reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
Seasonal dockage is non-refundable if reservation is not cancelled within 30 days in writing of scheduled arrival.

Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m. / Checkout Time: 12:00 noon.
